I’m a student at university in Ontario. My girlfriend is going to school in Australia for the summer so I’ve decided i’m going to go down and live with her for a few months in the summer. I was wondering how i would go about applying for a restaurant-type job in Sydney for the summer months. I’m obviously new to this, so any pointers or tips would be greatly appreciated.

if i was you i would just come on a tourist visa and get cash work it would be no worries especially in the restaraunt industrie.
apply for a swap visa for a working holiday.
do you mean Canada summer or Aussie summer?
Coz aussie summer starts in December.
