Other then marriage, how could she stay and work with out specail visas and hireing laywers?

I would think that she could visit as many times as she wanted as long as she had the money to do so.

I think as many times as they want as long as they:
1) Dont work
2) Don’t overstay their visa.
It will cost you a lot of money but they can go there as many times as they want but only for up to three months at a time.
as long as your visa is for mutilpe entries, not just one, there shouldn’t be a problem.
To answer your first question: You can come to the U.S. as many times as you wish as long as you do not overstay once you get here.
To answer your second question: You cannot work legally in the United States unless you have an Employment Authorization Document or you are a permanent resident (green card holder).
